Dinner in Viñales Cuba at Finca Agroecológica El Paraiso. This farm-to-table restaurant is often touted as one of the bests in Cuba. It's perched on a hillside that looks out over the valley towards the sunset, which is perhaps it's best asset. While all of our other Cuban meals were offered a la carte, El Paraiso offers a set menu that includes vegetable soup, salad, pork, chicken, lobster, rice, beans, and dessert for $15/person. They also offer cocktails for $3 each, which includes their house special cocktail called "Anti-stress", which tastes like a piña colada but has a blend of anti-stress herbs added to it. If you select this option (we did), they bring the bottle of rum to your table and leave it for you to add as you would like. This was a really nice and romantic evening out, but not the best food we had in Cuba. That being said, the stunning sunset view was worth it.
